The national flag is white, blue, and red. The main body of the national emblem is a double-headed eagle. Russia is located in the northern part of Eurasia, straddling the two continents of Europe and Asia, with a land area of 17.0982 million square kilometers. It is the largest country in the world and a unified multi-ethnic country composed of 194 ethnic groups. The main ethnic group is Russians. About 77.7% of the total population of the country.

      Russia has the world's largest reserves of mineral and energy resources and is the largest exporter of oil and natural gas. It has the world's largest forest reserves and lakes containing about 25% of the world's fresh water.
