1. Application form for individual membership;
2. Copy of personal certificate;
3. Personal profile and 2 two-inch headless photos.
2. Procedures for applying for membership

Fill in the registration form and submit the application for membership —> The Association will review the membership qualifications and give a reply —> Issue a membership certificate.
